By browsing or making a purchase on the website, you (CUSTOMER) agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with any of the conditions presented, the order will not be completed.
Order
Orders will be accepted through the WEBSITE and, upon making the payment, the CUSTOMER agrees to the order submitted, and cannot complain later about any error, since the inclusion of the products is done by the CUSTOMER.
Orders will only be effectively confirmed after the SELLER communicates this to the CUSTOMER by email. It is recommended that the CUSTOMER check their SPAM box or Promotions tab, as this type of message may occasionally be filtered by their email service, without any interference on the part of the SELLER.
The CUSTOMER must confirm the order information, immediately notifying the SELLER of any error so that it can be corrected immediately.
In the event of a clear error in the provision of information about the product, quality, price, etc., the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order, and is obliged to promptly refund the CLIENT any amount paid, or request cancellation of the charge with the credit card operator, if payment was made in this way.
Deadlines
The deadline for payment confirmation is up to 2 (two) business days. If payment for the order is not confirmed, or if the card operator refuses, the order will be canceled by the SELLER after this deadline, without prior notice. In this case, if the CLIENT is still interested in the purchase, he/she must place a new order, in accordance with the current conditions of price and availability of the products.
The SELLER does not participate in the process of approving payment by card, nor does it have access to information about the reason for any refusals in the transaction. In this case, the CLIENT must contact his/her card operator to find out the reason for the refusal and take the necessary measures.
Offers
Offers will only be valid when made available in writing on the SITE or other advertising medium of the SELLER, during the indicated period, in the indicated quantity and while the products are available in stock.
Promotional products will only be reserved after the purchase has been confirmed, upon completion of the order by the CUSTOMER (A). Before this, the product may become unavailable due to an occasional order placed by another CUSTOMER (B) who may have purchased the last available unit of the product at some point before completion by the CUSTOMER (A), without the system having updated the page.
Before completing the purchase, it is essential that the CUSTOMER confirms whether the product has been included at the promotional price or not, which occurs when the promotional stock runs out. In the latter case, the CUSTOMER may cancel the purchase or continue with the normal sale price of the product, as desired.
